May 2006 Prayer Letter

Dear Pastors and Praying Friends,

Greetings in the name of our wonderful Savior the Lord Jesus Christ. Psalm 68:19 says, “Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation.” I thank the Lord for the wonderful benefits that I have received so undeservedly from His hand. Praise the Lord for a God who not only provides salvation but also provides many other blessings to those who receive that salvation.

May has been a very busy yet profitable month. I had the opportunity to journey to churches in Michigan, Illinois, West Virginia, and Georgia. The Lord blessed the meetings greatly, and I thank the Lord for those who are now praying for us from those churches.

June is a month that will be busy but one that I have been looking forward to for a long time; for it is in June that Sara and I will be married. In less than a month, we will begin our life together doing the work that the Lord has called us to do. Please pray that the last preparations will be accomplished in an efficient manner and that God would prepare both of our hearts in a special way.

I ask that you would pray that God would continue to supply our needed support. We are praying that the Lord would supply 50% of our support by the time that we are married. God has supplied us with better than 30% at this time. Thank the Lord for His goodness!

Also, please be much in prayer for our survey trip to Peru from July 20-31. The Lord supplied us with airline tickets this month for a good price. We are excited about seeing the country and the people that God has called us to minister to.

Thank you to all those who have been such a blessing to us through giving and prayer. We love and appreciate you.
